This resort is a beautiful resort. The rooms are so spacious and beautiful. They even upgraded us to the next grade of room . The trekking near the streams is a wonderful experience. The swimming pool and small and is a heated pool. My son enjoyed throughtly. It s a beautiful place to stay . Must visit .

This is my second time here. The first time I visited in Apr 23, I stayed in orange lane room and the rooms, toiletries and comfort was impeccable during the first time. But this time that room type was not available so we (4 family )took the 4 pepper room, the room was not satisfied, the smell was not fresh, there were 2 broken hangers, small beds( informed to us while booking itself).. some dehumidifiers were damaged or not available. The highlight and the same thing maintained was the staff were very polite and courteous just like the last time I visited them.. all my complaints and requests were immediately attended to. Regarding food , the chef was again as courteous as before and checking on our group of 5 children and 8 adults, if everything was taken care of .. But I felt the grandeur of the breakfast spread and the quantity of all the items have reduced from the last time I visited probably cause of cost cutting, not sure though. The quality was very good. Still with all my above comments, this place is one of the best budget friendly and most nature friendly resort I have ever stayed. There might be a third time I visit this resort. Let's see.. hope to see it as I experienced the first time I visited.

My parents stayed at Shambala for their anniversary and for my dad’s birthday celebrations. They absolutely loved it. The staff were so kind and attentive to their needs. It was a refreshing experience! We are going back to this place for sure!

Thoroughly enjoyed the stay and finest hospitality. Good staff. Breakfast was good. Well maintained. Good for couples with kids. Good location also. My kid wass suddenly not well because of temperature. Hotel staff on request helped in getting medicines in the next day morning

Staying at Shambhala was a wonderful experience. Great find. Quite close to yercaud lake. The staff is extremely courteous. The chef is very skilled and has a strong background. We sampled Yercaud cuisine that was mind blowing. Extremely quiet place, clean and it was wonderful to walk around the estate. Since it is fenced, it felt very secure.

One of the best trips I’ve had. Lovely property. Excellent food. Warm hospitality . ||Our family of 10 members (ages 1 year to 72) thoroughly enjoyed the stay. ||Did not miss the artwork and tastefully furnished rooms!

We had a very memorable stay in Shambala. We still cherish the time we spent there, so clm and peaceful environment. The walk into the wild was good but we wish if only it could last a bit longer.. We would definitely visit again. |
